Robert Lahaderne, VP Quality Assurance

Robert is a technical professional with over 25 years of hands-on experience that include 10 years of dedicated Manufacturing, R&D, and Program Management experience as well as 15 years of Quality development, manufacture, and control of Class II and III medical devices. In these capacities, Robert has used his technical skills, based on his B.S. in Applied Physics, in challenges associated with Statistics (ASQ SSBB), Optics, and Program Management to deliver value to market leaders such as Medtronic and VIAVI Solutions (previous division named Optical Coating Lab., INC.) and multiple startups in both the medical device and the optical telecommunications worlds.  

After earning his M.B.A., Robert has expanded his ability to contribute to include improving business systems. With his strong knowledge of the Quality/Regulatory/Business requirements for complex, life-sustaining medical devices, it has allowed him to lead organizations to successful approvals and commercial release of multiple novel market-leading products. In addition, his experiences have included leading/collaborating with multiple international business teams in multiple sites (Germany, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, Switzerland, and the U.K.) through product development, launches, and audits.

For the last 9 years, Robert has been focused on leading Quality Organizations in developing individuals, teams, and systems.
