Neil Becker, VP Development & Manufacturing

Neil has over thirty years of medical device experience in both technology development and manufacturing.  He has held various engineering and leadership roles throughout his career and has advanced multiple products from initial concept to launch. He is experienced in several technology spaces including patient monitoring, ventilation, cardiology, electrophysiology and enteral feeding. 

After graduating with a degree in mechanical engineering, Neil began his career with Puritan-Bennett working on monitoring systems and ventilators.  In 1996, he joined Guidant as part of their Interventional Cardiology Division designing and manufacturing delivery systems and accessories.  In 2000, he moved to their Cardiac Rhythm Management Division managing the R&D  group responsible for developing and commercializing delivery systems for implanting biventricular pacing leads.  Following the sale of Guidant in 2006, Neil’s role continued in the electrophysiology space with Boston Scientific.   In 2010 he joined Kimberly-Clark Health Care to manage product development for their enteral feeding products.  In 2016, Neil became the Director of the West Coast Operations of Freudenberg Medical, a contract manufacturing company in the medical device industry.
